Every bonus credited to your account carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. This wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering conditions within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Prohibited: Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk wagering that does not comply with the spirit of a promotion, or any form of bonus system exploitation, is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Once an account is terminated at the member's request, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after verification is complete. For closures resulting from a breach of terms, wso55 reserves the right to withhold the relevant balances and bonuses.
